After installing the integration here: https://www.intercom.com/app-store/apps/trustpilot-app

Log in to https://omnisaasy.com and Add Channel and select Trustpilot:

After selecting, you'll be asked for your domain:

After clicking the link, it will go through and firstly check you have the necessary access and permissions to add this account, and if you do it will go through the Auth flow on Trustpilot to add the account.

After it's been added, you can configure how you want this integration to work.

Please note that a paid Trustpilot account is required as access to Trustpilot's API is needed for the integration to function, which is only available via a paid Trustpilot plan. Also, please note that only one Trustpilot account can be connected per Intercom workspace.
