Google Play & Intercom Integration

Keep on top of your app reviews without leaving your inbox. OmniSaaSy connects to your Google Play Developer account and pulls in user reviews for your published applications, so your team can read and respond to feedback from one central workspace.

Review Management

User reviews β€” complete with star ratings, review text, and device information β€” are automatically synced into your OmniSaaSy inbox. Reviews are checked every 30 minutes, and only new reviews are brought in, so there's no duplication. Each review is tagged and linked back to its source, giving your team full visibility over what's been addressed and what still needs attention.

Replying to Reviews

Respond to user reviews directly from OmniSaaSy. Your reply is posted back to Google Play as the developer response, visible to the reviewer and anyone browsing your app's listing. If a review is deleted by the user before your reply is sent, the system will flag it so your team knows the review is no longer available.

Configurable Settings

Enable relay β€” toggle whether reviews are pulled into your inbox.

AI responses β€” optionally allow AI-generated reply to reviews via FinAI.

Connecting Your Account

After installing the integration here: https://www.intercom.com/app-store/apps/trustpilot-app

Log in to https://omnisaasy.com and Add Channel and select Google Play Reviews:

After selecting, you'll go through Google's OAuth area and on return be prompted for the name of your app package:

After it's been added, you can configure how you want this integration to work.

Requirements

A Google Play Developer account is required, with at least one published application. One account can be connected per integration slot.
