Manage your Instagram business account from the same inbox as your other channels. OmniSaaSy connects to your Instagram Business account and relays post comments and direct messages straight into your workspace, so your team can respond without switching apps.
Post Comments
When someone comments on one of your Instagram posts, it appears in your OmniSaaSy inbox in real time. You can reply directly; your response is posted back to Instagram as a comment reply beneath the original. If you need to amend a reply, simply delete it and post a new one.
Direct Messages
Private messages sent to your Instagram Business account are relayed into your inbox as full two-way conversations. You can carry on a back-and-forth dialogue entirely from OmniSaaSy; every message you send appears in the customer's Instagram DM thread as normal.
Images
When a customer sends an image in a direct message, it's relayed into your inbox alongside the message text. You can also include a single image attachment when replying to a DM; if you need to send multiple images, simply send them as separate messages. A configurable delay timer ensures media is fully processed before it's relayed, so attachments arrive reliably.
Configurable Relay Settings
Choose exactly what gets relayed into your inbox:
Post comments — toggle whether comments on your posts are relayed.
Private messages — toggle whether DM conversations are relayed.
AI responses — optionally allow AI-generated reply suggestions to help your team respond faster through FinAI.
Image delay timer — adjust the delay (in seconds) before media attachments are relayed.
Connecting Your Account
After installing the integration here: https://www.intercom.com/app-store/apps/trustpilot-app
Log in to https://omnisaasy.com and Add Channel and select Instagram:
After selecting, you'll go through Instagram's OAuth area and on return be prompted for which account you wish to connect.
After it's been added, you can configure how you want this integration to work.
Requirements
An Instagram Business account is required — personal accounts are not supported. Your Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page. One account can be connected per integration slot.
