Facebook & Intercom Integration

Updated today

Bring your entire Facebook presence into one place. OmniSaaSy connects to your Facebook Pages, pulling in both public post comments and private Messenger conversations so your team can respond to everything from a single inbox.

Pages & Comments

When someone comments on one of your Facebook Page posts or mentions your Page, the comment lands in your OmniSaaSy inbox in real time. You can reply directly; your response is posted back to Facebook as a comment reply, keeping the conversation visible and public. You can also delete your own replies if you need to amend a response.

Messenger & Direct Messages

Private messages sent to your Facebook Page via Messenger are relayed straight into your inbox. Full two-way conversation support means you can carry on a back-and-forth dialogue without switching to Facebook; every message you send appears in the customer's Messenger thread as normal.

Images, Videos & Attachments

Both comments and direct messages support media attachments. Currently, only images are relayed between Intercom and Facebook. Your account will be notified if a video was sent, and we will provide a thumbnail where available and a link to the video content.

Configurable Relay Settings

Choose exactly what gets relayed into your inbox:

Post comments - toggle whether public Page comments and mentions are relayed.

Private messages - toggle whether Messenger conversations are relayed.

AI responses - optionally allow AI-generated replies to be sent directly to your customers from FinAI.

Image delay timer - adjust the delay (in seconds) before media attachments are relayed.

Connecting Your Account

After installing the integration here: https://www.intercom.com/app-store/apps/trustpilot-app

Log in to https://omnisaasy.com and Add Channel and select Facebook:

After selecting, you'll go through Facebooks OAuth area and on return be prompted for which account you wish to connect.

After it's been added, you can configure how you want this integration to work.

Requirements

A Facebook Business Page is required β€” personal profiles and groups are not supported. You must be an admin of the Page you wish to connect. One Page can be connected per integration slot.
