Installing QRify couldn't be simpler!
Install QRify from the monday marketplace by clicking here.
Now choose a workspace and board to install the app within - you can choose as many workspaces and boards as you wish!
Configure the file type and size of the QR codes via the Settings tab of the WRify app (note image size and file type adjustments will not take effect for customers using the Free tier of QRify.)
Now select an automation for when to create a QR code, from button clicks to status changes, the choice is yours!
Once you've selected the automation, just select the placeholders (the underlined text) and populate them as needed:
Once all the placeholders have been selected, click "Add To Board":
Now it's time to see QRify in action! Trigger the automation you've just created and see the QR code appear within seconds in the column you selected:
Note that when generating QR codes for a large number of items, the requests are queued and the QR codes will appear in batches of ~35 per minute.
You must also be logged into the monday account that you are scanning the QR code for to access the item the QR code is linked to.
